Multiple Teams · 3 CP Cheerleaders Chosen for All-Star Camp in Hawaii

A huge congratulations goes out to Sadie Smith, Adri Isaacs, and Shelby Myers for being selected for the Cheer Hawaii Camp.  These ladies will be going to the University of Hawaii from June 22-29 to work with some of the best collegiate and prep cheer coaches in the country.  Cheer Hawaii focuses on 3 main areas: building cheer skills and preparing for the college level, growth in leadership, and experiencing the Hawaiian culture. The camp has a unique way of combining workout sessions with the experience of some of Hawaii’s best beaches and activities.

The Cheer Hawaii USA Invitational Summer Invitational is a once in a lifetime opportunity for those cheerleaders that are selected. The nomination and selection process is very detailed. At the beginning of each school year high school varsity cheer coaches from all 50 states are asked to nominate the most deserving cheerleader(s) to be considered for selection to the camp.

To be selected for this camp student athletes must have the following qualities:

  • Good basic cheer skills
  • Leadership abilities
  • Desire to learn and improve
  • Excellence in academics
  • Positive attitude

Nominations for the camp are open to current sophomores and juniors. Current seniors will be considered on a limited basis and coach’s recommendation. Must be nominated by Varsity/JV coach or All-Star coach.

Congratulate these ladies if you see them!
